1. Payment method

The provider offers the following payment methods:

  • by bank transfer to the account of the manager iSERVER d.o.o. (by offer / invoice) The user can also order the purchase by phone on 070 677 577. After ordering, a UPN order will be sent to the customer's e-mail address, which the customer can pay at the post office or at a bank. Once the order is paid, the product and the invoice are sent to the customer. By paying by pre-invoice, the buyer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions.

2. Order delivery

Delivery takes between 2 and 4 working days after receipt of bank transfer or payment - no delivery on weekends and public holidays.

  • The tenderer will deliver the goods or services within the agreed timeframe.
  • GLS is the contractual partner for the delivery of your parcels.
  • Our partner delivers the parcels in the morning to the address you enter when you place your order.
  • As the delivery service delivers in the morning, you can also opt for delivery to any other name or address.
  • If you are not at the scheduled delivery location (company, office, etc.) at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a message with instructions for later collection.
  • If the goods are not received within a few days of dispatch, the Buyer shall immediately notify the Seller.
  • In this case, the supplier will determine the cause and inform the buyer.

How much are the delivery costs?

The postage costs depend on the amount of the products ordered and, for certain items, on the weight. The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the shopping cart before payment is confirmed

  • You can pay the package ransom to the GLS courier in cash or by credit/debit card at the time of delivery. In case you pay for your goods by card (only card payment is possible at GLS parcel machines), you will be charged an additional bank fee of 1.43 % on the amount of the redemption, which will be invoiced by GLS. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the GLS courier will leave you a message stating that the parcel has arrived. The message will include the parcel number and the telephone number of the GLS delivery service (01 500 11 90), as well as their email address ([email protected]).

Pick-up at the parcel machine:

For occasional shippers, GLS Parcel Shops and Parcel Machines are the perfect solution for reliable parcel distribution. They serve as convenient pick-up or drop-off points. GLS Parcel Shops have very long opening hours and GLS Parcel Machines are available 24 hours a day. There are more than 250 Package Shops and 15 Packet Vending Machines in Slovenia. Where do we deliver all the goods we order?

We deliver the goods you order worldwide. Packages are dispatched daily from our warehouse located at iSERVER d.o.o., Stanetova ulica 7, 3000 Celje.

Damage during delivery

The buyer should inspect the contents of the consignment on receipt. In the event of any damage to the consignment, the Buyer must return the completed PRODUCT RETURN FORM to [email protected] to arrange for a replacement. The form is available at the following link: HERE: PRODUCT RETURN FORM.
